Phoenix Audio Technologies Announces Completion of the Integration of its Spider Product Family with Skype For Business

 

IRVINE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE) — Phoenix Audio Technologies announced today that it has completed the integration of its Spider product family with Skype for Business. The Spider product family is now fully compatible with the Skype for Business protocol. In addition, the Spider dial pad can be configured to function as a control device for Skype – using the built-in keypad and display. The user can utilize the Spider dial pad to dial, mute, initiate, and accept calls, as well as to control conferencing volumes. The Spider product family currently includes three models, all of which contain USB Speakerphone interfaces. In addition, the MT502 PSTN and the MT505 SIP models include secondary telephone interfaces with a fully functional dial pads and displays.  This functionality also works when units are connected to Skype via Phoenix Audio’s MT340 Power Hub USB extender.
